Hello, I’m Angel, the founder of The Tan Bar in Lara. Back in 2019, in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, I launched a beauty service to fit into my life as a busy mother of two at the time. I never anticipated how successful this business venture would become, but I absolutely loved it. While I enjoyed offering a variety of beauty services, it was when I first picked up a spray gun and applied “confidence” for my client that I knew someday I would pursue my passion for an exclusive spray tanning business! I quickly realised how rewarding it was to make people feel beautiful and comfortable, and the positive feedback from clients kept me motivated to keep building on my skills and build a very loyal customer base. As the business continued to get busier, so did my personal life. In 2021, amidst significant changes—including relocating from SE Melbourne to Lara, purchasing land and building a property, and welcoming another child—my family’s demands grew, leading me to sadly close my business. However, discussions throughout 2024 centered on reopening in the Geelong area. Ultimately, I decided to follow my dreams by launching a home based service specialising solely in spray tans. I’m thrilled to bring my skills to Lara, offering a modern, judgment free space where clients can get their glow on!
